REGOLAMENTO DEL SOGGIORNO A REBECCU

Rebeccu Arte e Ospitalità è una struttura ricettiva a disposizione degli ospiti che trova, nel rispetto reciproco e nella serena convivenza il suo valore fondamentale.

L’ingresso nell’ostello comporta la piena accettazione ed osservanza del presente regolamento, che può essere integrato o modiﬁcato a parte da note aggiuntive della Direzione.

Possono essere ammessi all’ospitalità gruppi organizzati di associazioni varie: famiglie, singoli, scuole, studenti, persone appartenenti ad enti vari e turisti in genere.

L’ospitalità di minorenni può avvenire solo sotto responsabilità di uno o più tutori, i quali rispondono del comportamento del gruppo e dei singoli componenti. Detti incaricati assumono la responsabilità civile e penale dei danni arrecati a terzi e/o alle strutture a seguito di tutto quanto potrà verificarsi nel periodo di permanenza del gruppo.

Gli stessi sono direttamente responsabili della gestione delle attività svolte dal proprio gruppo.

MODALITÀ DI PRENOTAZIONE E COSTI

La prenotazione può essere effettuata tramite il sito www.musamadre-rebeccu.org. In mancanza di prenotazione, la durata del soggiorno è a discrezione della Direzione, nel rispetto dell’agenda di prenotazione.

Qualora l’ospite voglia prolungare il soggiorno, deve informarne la direzione entro le ore 10:00 del giorno antecedente la prevista partenza. L’ospite che non provvede a liberare il letto entro le ore 10:00 del giorno della partenza, deve pagare per la notte successiva.

Nel prezzo del pernottamento sono compresi: biancheria letto, biancheria da bagno, pulizia ﬁnale. Non sono compresi: pulizia giornaliera.

Gli ospiti devono:

All’arrivo: esibire un documento di riconoscimento; quest’ultimo è trattenuto per il tempo strettamente necessario alla registrazione.

Durante il soggiorno: collaborare al rispetto dell’ordine e della pulizia.

Alla partenza: restituire la biancheria consegnata all’arrivo negli appositi spazi dedicati all’interno della lavanderia.

Con la consegna della chiave, vengono date indicazioni per l’uso degli impianti, del fabbricato e degli spazi comuni.

Per garantire un ambiente sereno e disteso e per il rispetto degli si raccomanda di evitare rumori dalle ore 23:00 alle ore 07:00. In tutti gli ambienti dell’ostello (interni ed esterni), agli ospiti è richiesto un comportamento adeguato alla vita comunitaria a quindi ispirato al rispetto e alla buona educazione

DIVIETI

È vietato fumare in tutti gli ambienti interni della struttura. È vietato accendere fornellini elettrici nelle camere. Gli animali sono ammessi negli spazi comuni e/o nella prenotazione di camere private.

REGOLAMENTO DELLA CUCINA

La cucina è riservata agli ospiti che ne fanno richiesta. Essa è in comune tra gli ospiti, i quali, in autonomia, devono organizzarsi per l’uso della stessa.

L’utilizzo della cucina comporta l’accettazione completa di tutte le norme sanitarie in vigore per l’utilizzo di tale ambiente nonché la presa visione e accettazione del piano HACCP e del presente regolamento.

USO DELLA CUCINA

Nell’utilizzare la cucina, gli ospiti devono rispettare le seguenti regole:

provvedere dopo ogni utilizzo, ad igienizzare e saniﬁcare il piano cucina, il piano cottura, il lavabo, i tavoli ed ogni altra attrezzatura/impianto utilizzati;

conservare i propri alimenti in maniera adeguata e con la massima cura dell’igiene e della pulizia;

assicurarsi, dopo l’utilizzo, di avere spento i fornelli, il forno e le altre apparecchiature;

contattare il gestore per ogni problema o anomalia riscontrati e per ogni altra segnalazione necessaria per un corretto uso della cucina da parte di tutti gli ospiti;

i riﬁuti, dopo ogni utilizzo della cucina, vanno collocati nell’apposito spazio/contenitore dedicato alla raccolta differenziata.

RESPONSABILITÀ PER L’IGIENE E LA SICUREZZA DEGLI ALIMENTI

L’ospite è responsabile della cura dei propri cibi, anche al ﬁne di non danneggiare i cibi degli altri ospiti.

L’ospite deve porre in essere ogni accorgimento per garantire la sicurezza alimentare dei prodotti in tutte le fasi: la preparazione, la trasformazione, il deposito, la manipolazione, la somministrazione. L’ospite è l’unico responsabile per il deperimento, la contaminazione, l’igienicità dei prodotti alimentari, dell’integrità dei prodotti alimentari cotti e/o preparati o comunque manipolati e/o semplicemente consumati nella cucina dell’ostello.

La 369gradi srl Impresa Sociale, non risponde in nessun modo circa i punti sopraindicati e non risponde in nessun modo di danneggiamenti o disservizi subiti dagli ospiti a causa del mancato rispetto del presente regolamento da parte di un altro ospite.

NORME GENERALI

È norma generale seguire la giusta prassi per una corretta igiene alimentare di conservazione dei cibi. Gli ospiti sono invitati, nell’utilizzare la cucina, al risparmio energetico, del gas, nell’ottica di una gestione improntata alla sostenibilità.

Per questo chiediamo gentilmente di:

assicurarsi che in cucina siano spente le luci, il gas, il forno;

non lasciare aperta la porta del frigorifero; non inserire nel frigorifero cibi e bevande caldi.

REGOLAMENTO DELLA CAMERA e/o POSTO LETTO

Ogni camera e/o camerata è dotata di armadio comune, di comodino ad uso personale e bagno con servizi igienici e piatto doccia. Gli ospiti sono tenuti ad osservare le regole e norme di convivenza civile nel rispetto degli spazi e privacy di tutti.

La 369gradi srl Impresa Sociale non risponde in nessun modo circa i punti sopraindicati e non risponde in nessun modo di danneggiamenti o disservizi subiti dagli ospiti a causa del mancato rispetto del presente regolamento da parte di un altro ospite.

REGOLAMENTO DEPOSITO BAGAGLI

In caso di anticipato check in e/o ritardato check out (preventivamente comunicati alla reception), Rebeccu Arte e Ospitalità fornisce all’ospite spazi dove poter riporre i propri bagagli per agevolarne il soggiorno.

Si ricorda che gli orari sono:

check in dalle 15:00

check out entro alle ore 10:00

Per ulteriori emergenze, oltre gli orari sopra indicati, contattare il numero di reperibilità comunicato all’arrivo.

REGOLAMENTO GENERALE

Eventuali danni allo stabile, agli utensili ed al mobilio (compreso lo smarrimento di chiavi, coperte, ecc.) devono essere, al momento della partenza, notiﬁcati al responsabile della struttura, che si riserva la facoltà di chiedere il risarcimento; nel caso in cui i danni siano imputabili a negligenza o dolo saranno, quindi, conteggiati e pagati. Eventuali reclami o disservizi devono essere segnalati alla direzione. Rebeccu Arte e Ospitalità non si assume nessuna responsabilità per danni e furti alle cose custodite all’interno e all’esterno dell’ostello, tranne che per i valori e gli oggetti consegnati in custodia in direzione.

L’utilizzo della cucina comporta l’accettazione completa di tutte le norme sanitarie in vigore per l’utilizzo di tale ambiente; nonché la presa visione e accettazione del piano HACCP e del regolamento dell’uso della cucina.

I riﬁuti prodotti durante la permanenza devono essere conferiti in maniera diHerenziata.

Rebeccu Arte e Ospitalità viene gestito secondo principi di sostenibilità e rispetto dell’ambiente, pertanto si chiede agli ospiti di rispettare i normali accorgimenti di raccolta diHerenziata, risparmio idrico ed elettrico.

Per questo chiediamo gentilmente di:

spegnere le luci quando si esce da una stanza;
spegnere le luci dell’atrio o degli ambienti esterni alla camera quando si va a dormire;
non lasciare aperto il rubinetto quando ci si lava i denti o si fa la barba;
non gettare i fazzoletti di carta nel water ma utilizzare il cestino vicino al lavandino;
evitare gli sprechi nello scaricare il WC;
chiudere le ﬁnestre quando il riscaldamento nella camera è in funzione;
spegnere le luci della camera quando si esce;
partecipare alla raccolta differenziata dei riﬁuti;
segnalare se si ravvisano perdite nel bagno;
segnalare quando si ha bisogno di sostituire asciugamani o lenzuola

La colazione per gli ospiti è disponibile in modalità self service dalle ore 7:00 alle ore 10:00 dal lunedì alla domenica.

Il servizio WIFI è GRATUITO in tutti negli spazi comuni.

Gli animali sono ammessi nelle aree comuni e in camere prenotate privatamente. Non sono ammessi nelle camerate.

Per garantire un ambiente sereno e disteso e per il rispetto degli abitanti del quartiere si raccomanda di evitare rumori dalle ore 23:00 alle ore 07:00.

È vietato fumare in tutti gli spazi al chiuso.

Tutti gli ospiti sono invitati a tenere pulito il borgo e a fare la raccolta differenziata dei riﬁuti.

REBECCU - RULES OF THE HOSTEL

Rebeccu Arte e Ospitalità is an accommodation facility available to guests, founded on the fundamental values of mutual respect and peaceful coexistence.

Entering the hostel implies full acceptance and compliance with these regulations, which may be supplemented or modified by additional notes from the Management.

Hospitality is available to organized groups from various associations, including families, individuals, schools, students, members of different organizations, and tourists in general.

Minors may only be accommodated under the responsibility of one or more guardians, who are accountable for the behavior of the group and each individual member. These guardians assume full civil and criminal liability for any damages caused to third parties and/or the facilities during the group’s stay.

They are also directly responsible for managing the activities carried out by their group.

BOOKING PROCEDURES AND COSTS

Reservations can be made through the website www.musamadre-rebeccu.org. In the absence of a reservation, the duration of the stay is at the discretion of the Management, in accordance with the booking schedule.

If a guest wishes to extend their stay, they must inform the Management by 10:00 AM on the day before their scheduled departure. Guests who fail to vacate their bed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure will be charged for an additional night.

The accommodation fee includes: bed linen, bath towels, and final cleaning. Daily cleaning is not included.

Guest Requirements

Upon arrival: Guests must present a valid identification document, which will be held only for the time necessary for registration.

During the stay: Guests are expected to help maintain order and cleanliness.

Upon departure: Guests must return the provided linens to the designated area inside the laundry room.

Upon receiving the key, guests will be given instructions on how to use the facilities, the building, and common areas.

To ensure a peaceful and pleasant environment, guests are requested to avoid making noise between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. In all areas of the hostel, both indoors and outdoors, guests are expected to behave in a manner appropriate to community life, showing respect and good manners.

PROHIBITIONS

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the facility. Using electric stoves in the rooms is also forbidden. Pets are allowed in common areas and/or when booking private rooms.

KITCHEN RULES

The kitchen is reserved for guests who request access. It is shared among guests, who must organize its use independently.
Using the kitchen implies full acceptance of all current health and safety regulations for such an environment, as well as acknowledgment and acceptance of the HACCP plan and this regulation.

When using the kitchen, guests must comply with the following rules:

Clean and sanitize the kitchen counter, stovetop, sink, tables, and any equipment/facility used after each use.
Store their food properly, ensuring maximum hygiene and cleanliness.
Make sure to turn off the stove, oven, and other appliances after use.
Contact the manager for any issues, malfunctions, or necessary reports to ensure the proper use of the kitchen by all guests.
Dispose of waste in the designated recycling area/container after each use of the kitchen.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR FOOD HYGIENE AND SAFETY
The guest is responsible for taking care of their own food to avoid causing damage to other guests' food.
The guest must take all necessary measures to ensure food safety at all stages: preparation, processing, storage, handling, and serving. The guest is solely responsible for any spoilage, contamination, hygiene issues, and the integrity of cooked, prepared, or otherwise handled and/or consumed food in the hostel’s kitchen.

GENERAL RULES
It is a general rule to follow good food hygiene practices for the proper storage of food. Guests are encouraged to save energy and gas when using the kitchen, following a sustainability-focused approach.
We kindly ask you to:

Ensure that the lights, gas, and oven are turned off in the kitchen.
Do not leave the refrigerator door open.
Do not store hot food or beverages in the refrigerator.

ROOM AND/OR BED REGULATIONS

Each room and/or dormitory is equipped with a shared wardrobe, a personal bedside table, and a bathroom with sanitary facilities and a shower tray. Guests are required to follow the rules of civil coexistence, respecting shared spaces and everyone’s privacy.

LUGGAGE STORAGE REGULATIONS

In the case of early check-in and/or late check-out (previously communicated to the reception), Rebeccu Arte e Ospitalità provides spaces for guests to store their luggage to facilitate their stay.

Any damage to the building, utensils, or furniture (including loss of keys, blankets, etc.) must be reported to the manager at departure. The manager reserves the right to request compensation. If the damage is due to negligence or intent, it will be assessed and charged accordingly. Any complaints or service issues must be reported to the management. Rebeccu Arte e Ospitalità is not responsible for damage or theft of items inside or outside the hostel unless the valuables were entrusted to the management for safekeeping.

Using the kitchen implies full acceptance of all health and safety regulations in force, as well as acknowledgment and acceptance of the HACCP plan and kitchen use regulations.
Waste generated during your stay must be disposed of properly in the appropriate recycling bins.

Rebeccu Arte e Ospitalità is managed according to principles of sustainability and environmental respect. Therefore, we kindly ask guests to follow standard recycling guidelines, water conservation, and energy-saving practices.
We kindly ask you to:

Turn off the lights when leaving a room.
Turn off the hallway and common area lights when going to bed.
Do not leave the tap running while brushing your teeth or shaving.
Do not throw paper tissues into the toilet; use the bin near the sink.
Avoid wasting water when flushing the toilet.
Close the windows when the room heating is on.
Turn off the lights when leaving the room.
Participate in waste sorting and recycling.
Report any leaks in the bathroom.
Notify staff when you need fresh towels or bed linens.

Breakfast is available self-service from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, Monday through Sunday.
Wi-Fi is FREE in all common areas.
Pets are allowed in common areas and private rooms but are not allowed in dormitories.
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere and respect for local residents, please avoid making noise between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Smoking is allowed outdoors, but we kindly ask guests to use the designated ashtrays and avoid throwing cigarette butts on the ground.
All guests are kindly invited to keep the village clean and follow waste sorting and recycling.
