It has been almost two months since the conclusion of the last MusaMadre edition, and in recent weeks, significant efforts have been made to organize and consolidate our ideas, sensations, and emotions. Working to bring a project to life is never easy, but it becomes a delightful and motivating challenge when undertaken with the collaboration of passionate and capable individuals. This endeavor is an incredible act of generosity, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you!

Both the 2022 and 2023 editions were significant opportunities for growth and experimentation. Together, we crafted something far from ordinary, with immense artistic and, most importantly, human value. I wanted to collect all your email addresses and send you this message because I hope MusaMadre can continue to evolve as an inclusive project where those who participate leave a lasting imprint, always ready to be rediscovered.

There are significant objectives that look towards the beautiful horizon of the Meilogu plain, but none of these can be pursued individually. The community we have established with the artists, the residents, and the cultural associations of the area is something unique and precious. The artists and guests who resided in Rebeccu between July and August were warmly welcomed, cared for, and nourished. Everyone felt at ease, and this is the strength of MusaMadre. It is not merely a festival but much more than that: it serves as the cornerstone upon which we hope to build a virtuous humanistic model. This endeavor has been made possible with the support of the Municipality of Bonorva, the Associazione Enti Locali per le Attività Culturali e di Spettacolo, the Fernando Santi Sardinian Autonomous Institute, the Fondazione di Sardegna, the Sardinia Film Commission Foundation, but most importantly, it is made possible through the collaboration of those who were born in this territory and continue to call it home!

With these lines, I extend an invitation to you to remain a part of this inclusive community that embraces all: collaborators, friends, and participants, including artists, guests, and audiences from the first two years of MusaMadre, as well as our aspiration to grow this community with future participants. Our aim is to keep you informed about upcoming initiatives and maintain our connection.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart
